Digital content and/or service

You may request a refund for any reason after 14 days of delivery of your digital content and/or service. Please contact our support to do so.


Merchandise

Within fourteen (14) days after delivery, you may request a refund for your purchased merchandise via Raw Vengeance Games for any reason. You must ship the merchandise back to us within fourteen (14) days after requesting the refund, following the instructions we provide you. You will have to pay for return shipping costs. Any shipping costs will not be refunded, with the exception of damaged merchandise.

If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us and provide us with a photo of your damaged merchandise and we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs) or send you a new copy for free. You do not have to return the damaged merchandise.

Store credit
Most of the refunds will be converted into store credit. Store credit can be used to purchase any digital content, digital service and merchandise from Raw Vengeance Games and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transfered to other accounts. Store credit will not expire, you can save it up for as long as you desire. In case of a permanent account suspension, all store credit will be lost and will not be paid out.


Chargebacks
Any chargeback will result in a permanent account suspension. You can reactivate your account by contacting our Billing department. Make sure to use the e-mail address used on your suspended account. Once we have received your request, we will calculate the total sum that you have to pay, the sum consists out of two components: Your charged back payment amount + Any chargeback and processing fees.

The chargeback fee is typically around 25.00 EUR and may go up to 50.00 EUR.

You may only pay this sum with payment methods which do not have any chargeback feature. That means that the following payment methods are disallowed: Credit card, SEPA Direct Debit and PayPal.


An example:

  • You have charged back a payment of 49.99 EUR.
  • We have calculated that the fees are 25.00 EUR.

The total sum you would have to pay to reactivate your account would be: 74.99 EUR.
